Use your spies to disguise themselves and infiltrate the Imperial power stations. The first ship is docked near a small island. Once new intelligence comes in, you'll need to take out the radar ships which are providing the Empire with a lot of intelligence regarding targets for their big guns. Let your co-commander deal with those other hostiles.
Don't give chase to attackers who are far away. Your job is to use a group of Dolphins and Hydrofoils to fend off any assaults. But before you start blowing it to bits, we need to protect a salvage effort. It's now home to a massive Imperial fortress and boy is it well defended.
